For the past 18 years, I've helped athletes, first responders, and executives restore function and return to the sports they love after injuries. Throughout my athletic years, I've racked up a long list of injuries: rotator cuff impingement, AC joint separation, broken ribs, torn meniscus, disc herniations, and a few concussions to boot. Believe me, I know what it's like to be in your shoes.

I've gained comprehensive knowledge in rehabilitating my own injuries, recovering from surgeries, and receiving treatment from top rehabilitation experts globally. My experience in healing inspired me to embark on a career in health and fitness with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise. I became a devoted reader of texts, articles, and books, regularly attended multiple courses, and sought mentorship from industry pioneers. My dedication led to my appointment as Director of Dynamic Functional Training at Canada's premier sports medicine clinic, Sports Medicine Specialists, in Toronto. During my five-year tenure at SMS, I collaborated with sports medicine physicians, surgeons, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. My clientele ranged from the National Ballet of Canada and Skate Canada to First Responders and recreational athletes from a wide array of sports. Subsequently, I took on the position of clinic director at Totum/Medisys in downtown Toronto, overseeing a team comprised of personal trainers, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.
